Jayson is a founding member of Mainstream and has worked in the machining and manufacturing sector for over 30 years. Most of his experience has revolved around producing parts for the aerospace, defense, power generation, customized equipment, and alternative energy sectors. Jayson focuses on identifying industry specific needs and utilizes available resources which allows Mainstream to be a consistent solutions provider to current and prospective customers. He also provides assistance in operations, contract negotiations, and employee training.
Thomas Harbin, Principal Partner
Quality Manager and Continuous Improvement
Tom is a founding partner of Mainstream and has worked in the plastic injection molding and manufacturing sectors for over 30 years. Most of his experience has been with aerospace, defense, power generation, and automotive sectors. Tom has concentrated on the implementation of and maintaining strong quality systems at Mainstream. Starting with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D. By adhering to our Quality Management System and continuous improvement practices, Mainstream consistently exceeds our customers’ requirements and expectations while providing short lead times and competitive pricing.

Operational Leadership and Business Development
With nearly 30 years of experience as an aerospace materials and parts supplier as well as capacities including sales and contract management, supply chain development, and operational management, Scott has a well-rounded set of skills that allow him to tackle the demands of today’s manufacturing world. Scott focuses on strengthening relationships and building partnerships by collaborating with customers and implementing solutions strategies to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
